Netrace is a professional field inspection app for authorized telecom technicians. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps below.
1 How to Request Account Deletion
To request deletion of your Netrace account and all associated data, please send an email to our support address:
- Send an email to info@sherebetdeveloper.com with the subject line: "Netrace Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address associated with your Netrace account
- We will verify your identity and process the request within 7 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data have been deleted
2 Data That Will Be Deleted
Upon confirmed account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:
- Your name, surname, and email address
- Your encrypted password hash
- All inspection records and step completion data associated with your account
- All photos and videos you uploaded during field inspections
- All PDF reports generated under your account
- Your account activity logs
3 Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for a limited period for legal or operational reasons.
- Site inspection records that are shared with third-party clients (e.g. Nokia) as part of a contracted project may be retained by those clients independently — we cannot delete data already delivered to clients
- Anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics may be retained for up to 90 days after deletion
- If required by law or legal process, certain records may be retained for the period required by applicable regulations
4 Deletion Timeline
- Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days
- All personal data is removed within 30 days of the confirmed request
- Backup copies are purged within 90 days
