Welcome to Sherebet Developers. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sherebetdeveloper.com and services provided by Erda Sherebet (operating as "Sherebet Developers"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Sherebet Developers offers the following professional services:

Freelance Nature of Services

Independent Contractor

Sherebet Developers operates as an independent freelance developer. All services are provided directly by Erda Sherebet as an individual professional, not as a company or corporation.

  • Communication is direct with the developer
  • Flexible working arrangements based on project needs

Project Engagement Process

Payment Terms

Payment terms are established on a per-project basis. Standard terms include:

Deposit

30-50% upfront deposit required to begin work

Milestones

Progress payments based on completed milestones

Final Payment

Remaining balance due upon project completion

Payment Conditions:

  • Invoices are payable within 7 days of receipt
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • Work may be paused for overdue payments
  • Accepted payment methods: Bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe

Intellectual Property Rights

Client Projects

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership rights to custom-developed code and deliverables created specifically for their project.

Third-Party Components

Projects may incorporate third-party libraries, frameworks, and open-source components, which retain their original licenses.

Proprietary Tools

Any proprietary tools, templates, or utilities developed by Sherebet Developers remain our intellectual property.

Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of delivered work as their own original creation for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.

Project Scope & Changes

Defined Scope

All projects begin with a clearly defined scope of work documented in the proposal.

Change Requests

Changes outside the original scope may require additional time and cost adjustments.

Revisions

A reasonable number of revisions are included; excessive changes incur extra fees.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Clear project requirements and specifications
  • Timely feedback and approvals at milestone stages
  • Access to necessary accounts, credentials, and resources
  • Content, images, and materials required for the project
  • Prompt payment according to agreed schedule

Timeline Impact

Delays in client feedback or resource provision may extend project timelines without liability to Sherebet Developers.

Warranties & Guarantees

We Guarantee

  • Professional quality workmanship
  • Code follows industry best practices
  • Functionality as specified in agreement
  • Bug fixes during warranty period

We Do NOT Guarantee

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Compatibility with all future updates
  • Third-party service availability
  • Specific business outcomes or revenue

A standard 30-day warranty period covers bug fixes and issues arising from our code. Extended support contracts are available separately.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sherebet Developers shall not be liable for:

Indirect Damages

Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

Third-Party Services

Failures or issues with external platforms and APIs

Hosting Issues

Downtime or problems with client's hosting provider

User Actions

End-user misuse or unauthorized modifications

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

Confidentiality

Non-Disclosure

We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client projects, business information, and proprietary data. Separate NDAs can be signed upon request.

We protect:

  • Business strategies and plans
  • Technical specifications and code
  • User data and analytics
  • Financial information

Portfolio & Testimonials

Unless explicitly restricted by a confidentiality agreement, Sherebet Developers reserves the right to:

Display completed projects in portfolio

Link to client's website or application

Request testimonials and feedback

Use screenshots for marketing purposes

Clients may request removal from portfolio at any time by contacting us.

Termination

By Client

Clients may terminate a project at any time with written notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date, plus any non-refundable expenses incurred.

By Developer

We reserve the right to terminate engagement if:

  • Payment terms are not met
  • Client fails to provide necessary materials
  • Project scope changes substantially without agreement
  • Professional relationship becomes untenable

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
