Sherebet Developers offers the following professional services:
Native and cross-platform mobile application development using React Native, Kotlin, and other modern technologies.
Custom web applications and websites built with modern frameworks and best practices.
API development, database design, and server-side solutions using Python Django, PHP, and Node.js.
Technical consulting, code review, and project architecture guidance.
Free initial discussion to understand project requirements and feasibility.
Detailed project proposal with timeline, deliverables, and pricing.
Signed agreement outlining scope, terms, and payment schedule.
Iterative development with regular updates and milestone reviews.
Final testing, deployment, and handover of completed project.
Post-launch support period as specified in the agreement.
Payment terms are established on a per-project basis. Standard terms include:
30-50% upfront deposit required to begin work
Progress payments based on completed milestones
Remaining balance due upon project completion
Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership rights to custom-developed code and deliverables created specifically for their project.
Projects may incorporate third-party libraries, frameworks, and open-source components, which retain their original licenses.
Any proprietary tools, templates, or utilities developed by Sherebet Developers remain our intellectual property.
Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim authorship of delivered work as their own original creation for commercial purposes without explicit written permission.
All projects begin with a clearly defined scope of work documented in the proposal.
Changes outside the original scope may require additional time and cost adjustments.
A reasonable number of revisions are included; excessive changes incur extra fees.
Clients are responsible for providing:
Delays in client feedback or resource provision may extend project timelines without liability to Sherebet Developers.
A standard 30-day warranty period covers bug fixes and issues arising from our code. Extended support contracts are available separately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sherebet Developers shall not be liable for:
Lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
Failures or issues with external platforms and APIs
Downtime or problems with client's hosting provider
End-user misuse or unauthorized modifications
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding client projects, business information, and proprietary data. Separate NDAs can be signed upon request.
Unless explicitly restricted by a confidentiality agreement, Sherebet Developers reserves the right to:
Display completed projects in portfolio
Link to client's website or application
Request testimonials and feedback
Use screenshots for marketing purposes
Clients may request removal from portfolio at any time by contacting us.
Clients may terminate a project at any time with written notice. Payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date, plus any non-refundable expenses incurred.
We reserve the right to terminate engagement if:
Attempt to resolve through direct discussion
Formal written complaint detailing the issue
Third-party mediation if necessary
As a last resort under applicable law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of TRNC courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
